Shaded columns are weekends.

Double-click any bar to edit its name, start, duration or links. Bars move as you edit durations, links, the start date or the trade calendars. The single GC crew works one task at a time, so its bars form the chain that sets the finish date.

Tasks & sequence

Edit any cell — Start & Finish recompute automatically. Set a date in Start to pin a task; if that lands before its links allow, the Predecessors cell flags it (↺ clears the pin). Predecessors use other tasks’ Ref, e.g. P-1, 3.27(SS)+2.

Project start

The first day work and procurement can begin. Everything reschedules from here.

Trade calendars

Which weekdays each crew works. Add a weekday to the GC to see the finish date pull in — this is the biggest lever.

Save & load

Your edits live in this page only. Export to keep a copy or move it to another device; import to continue later.

Server: changes are kept in this browser until you press Save. Each plan is stored in the SQLite database; create copies to compare scenarios (e.g. GC weekends vs. GC + Friday).

Tip: the export is the same task structure used to generate the PDF and MS Project file, so you can hand it back for a refreshed set of documents.
